We had already been turned down once by our insurance for damage but through Devin’s persistence and patience as he said there was legitimate damage and he would keep on working with the insurance company. He was able to turn around their view and got our roof and siding covered. We had given up already so it was a wonderful surprise when we were approved. He was always easy to reach with questions and had answers for us. He was so thorough. We have been very pleased with the process and would recommend this company.

We had damage to our roof and siding following a June 2017 hail storm. After initially talking to a few other contractors, we were connected with Advantage (Rick Babineau). Rick and the rest of the Advantage team were incredibly helpful in dealing with our insurance company, helping walk us through the process and assisting in getting the entire home re-sided, and did incredible work on the home. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation whatsoever.

Lee Corbin of Advantage Construction was very persistent and effective in turning the insurance company’s initial limited offer and subsequent refusal to enlarge it into complete replacement. He patiently worked with the two inspectors and ultimately convinced them that a full roof was in everybody’s best interests. My wife and I were surprised and delighted by this outcome. The roofers were fast and did a great job.

Brian was an absolute professional to work with! He had to navigate us with our insurance agent who wasn’t responsive and yet very helpful and tenacious with the agent! Great work and the house is beautiful from the craftsmanship of the workers!

I was so very impressed with this construction company. My grandfather owned a large construction company in the Saint cloud area so I know what good construction is when I see it. Josh and his team are amazing. I spoke with the owner Josh he was happy to answer any questions and concerns that I may have! I was so impressed how organized this company was, they placed shingles and other items in a Neat and orderly fashion, made sure all the nails where picked up from removing old shingles they finished our building in a day absolutely amazing! In addition they replaced our skylights (what amazed me is I was in my office and never heard a thing no debris came into my home while they replaced the skylight!!) The other awesome thing about this company is the owners treat their workers like their family!! That say allot about this Team!! Again Thank you Josh and your incredible Team!!
